ABOUT ME
I am a Person Centered Counsellor (Humanistic) I also practice Swedish Massage & Reiki healing. I have over 20 years of experience working with adults and young people from various backgrounds and cultures in a variety of settings, Local authority care homes, schools & criminal justice environments. I am able to build a rapport quickly and establish an empathic connection.
I regularly practice CPD, supervision and self care to ensure safe practice for myself and potential clients.
I have dedicated several years nurturing my knowledge and self awareness in order to be fully present to facilitate another person growth. I continue to nurture my area of interest and hope to complete a MSc in the coming year & complete my autobiography.
